Is there a Signature Required option?

Yes, there is a Signature Required option on our Web Page. Because of the value of our products and the rampant "porch pirates" in some cities we recommend adding this option.  

What shipping carrier does Techanew.com use?

Techanew.com ships orders through FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the best method for your location. In most cases we will use Ground service for any carrier we deem the best to use for your order. Faster shipping and expedited order processing are available per request at an extra cost.

Where does Techanew.com ship from?

Techanew.com ships discount electronics daily from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

When will I get my computer package?

We ship all discount electronics within 3 to 5 business days of the item being paid. Once an item is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to be received, depending on your location.

PROCESSING TIME:
Your computer order is thoroughly reviewed by our Payments Department to verify the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and that you are authorized for use of this payment method. Once your computer order has passed the review by our Payments Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment where it will be handled based on a queue using your order numbers. If the computer item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our Houston, Texas warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we received and processed the backordered item(s) at our warehouse.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
